Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags and packaging. Personalized or custom-made items can only be returned if defective or damaged. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds, excluding shipping charges, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Direct exchanges are not offered; please place a new order. Earrings and personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
