Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds, excluding shipping charges, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection. Direct exchanges are not offered; please place a new order. Earrings and personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
